• With version 6.5.0.3, OpenText removed a mandatory property from the AA API response during the authentication process. This causes an error in the authentication flow for MFA chains. In CEP, the property is now treated as optional, which means that messages for Mail, SMS, and Voice OTP can no longer be customized using CEP. Administrators must now customize the messages using the AA localization setting (method.otp.password_sent).
